The hotel location was stunning, nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps and offering breathtaking views of the snow-capped mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We particularly enjoyed the delicious local cuisine, especially the traditional Austrian dishes that were served during the New Year's Eve dinner. The warm and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant and the live music were also a highlight of our stay.

On the negative side, we did notice that some of the furnishings were a bit dated, which took away from the overall ambiance of the hotel. the noise from the other guests in neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The scenery around the hotel is breathtaking, with stunning mountain views. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. the portion sizes of the food were generous and of good quality, making for a satisfying dining experience.

The decor and furnishings of the hotel are outdated, and the rooms could do with a renovation. the noise from other rooms can be heard, which can be disruptive.
